We all experience pressures in life and we all want to be happy. So does happiness mean avoiding stress altogether? Would the elimination of stress in our personal and working lives lead us to better mental health?

This workshop has been designed from both an educational and mental health perspective. It aims to help teachers change how they think about stress and rewire their brains to positive thinking.

  • Investigate how we can use stress to our benefit
  • Learn how to rewire our brains to positive thinking
  • Examine how we can balance self-reflection and professional development with positive mental health
